What is the difference between an “Original Commission” and “Digital Commission”?

Both are drawn by hand. The Original Commission is drawn on fine art paper and you own the original work of art by the artist (all original works come with a scan upon email request promptly after ordering).

The Digital Commission is a high res digital scan of the hand drawn portrait which can be used for personal use (contact photo, wallpaper, social media posts). Digital Commissions can be printed on paper once for personal use (ie. gifting, wall-art) but cannot be reproduced or used as part of a logo or promotional assets.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Print and apparel orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via USPS, which typically takes 2-7 days. Original commissions are made to order (2-8 weeks) and will arrive within 2-7 days once shipped. Once the package has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do portrait commissions include changes or revisions after I receive them?

No, all portrait commissions purchased on the site are final and cannot be changed or revised after they are completed. The commission is up to the artists interpretation of your images and information in the artists style.

Can I make changes to my commission order once it’s placed?

Due to the high volume of commissions, we are unable to make changes once your commission form has been submitted. Please review your details carefully when placing your order to ensure Alexandra can create the artwork you envision.

What if I enter the wrong address on my order?

It is very important that you provide the correct address at checkout. If you notice an error before your order is processed, contact us immediately, and we will update the address before it ships. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, for shipping outside of the US please contact thealexandrayvette@gmail.com. Additional shipping Fees may apply to international packages

This is a gift! Do you provide gift wrapping and personalized notes?

All original commissions come beautifully packaged with tissue paper! Please email thealexandrayvette@gmail.com promptly after ordering to request a personalized note be added to your order (maximum 12 words)

Prints and tote bags will be packaged with a note addressed to the buyer. For any special note requests, please email thealexandrayvette@gmail.com after placing your order.

What is your return policy?

All products by Alexandra Yvette are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged item, you are eligible for a replacement. To process your replacement, please return the damaged product to our studio. We require written notification and photo documentation of the issue within the same day of receiving your order.

We can no longer process replacements after 3 days of receipt. For assistance, please contact us at thealexandrayvette@gmail.com.
